Unfortunately, there is no Mac compatibility program out there, but they have listed on their site, that a Mac version will now be in the works for all of you Mac users!

I've been BUSY again!

BGLemonade6x6 Happy Monday everyone!!  I hope you all enjoyed a safe and happy 4th of July weekend!  We had a great weekend with some friends and family, camping by a lake in Minnesota.  Other than a night of rain, I think everyone had fun!

Right before the weekend, I took a bunch of time again and uploaded some BRAND NEW product again!

2 releases from Basic Grey, Lemonade and June Bug are soooo cute!  Just right for summer!  We also unpacked some GREAT new Designer Cardstock from Basic Grey!  So now, when you need some cardstock, but don't want it to be "plain" you can get some Basic Grey cardstock with just the right hint of grunge.

We've also got in the October Afternoon Road Map, and Little Yellow Bicycle Traveler for those great summer vacation photos.EllesStudioScallopedJournalingBlackWhite

A new company has made it's debut at A Walk Down Memory Lane's store as well!   Elle's Studio specializes in cardstock tags just right for journaling!  These have journalling lines, dates, etc on them and they are so easy to use!  Just fill them out, and adhere to the page.  Pictured at the right, are the Scalloped Journaling Tags.  Some have lines, and others don't, so you can journal till your heart's content!

FPKK2BoyEmbellishsticker Another favorite company has released a new line called Kraft Kuts 2, which have made an appearance at the store!  These Kraft Kuts are for boys and girls...2 separate collections, but both equally adorable!  Fancy Pants has knocked this one out of the ballpark with their adorable papers, diecut papers, alphabet stickers, AND embellishment stickers all to coordinate!

All in all, we've uploaded over 200 new products for you to enjoy!

Missed a few days! New goodies though!

AccardstockcolorsSorry I have been missing the past couple of days.  I haven't been gone, just busy!  :)  I have been unpacking, counting, uploading dozens and dozens of new scrappy goodness to the store at A Walk Down Memory Lane!

On the left, you can see the newest scrapbook cardstock to be released and uploaded to the store.....American Crafts cardstock has arrived!  This cardstock by American Crafts is 80 pound cover weight, so it is a really nice thick weight for our pages and cards.  It has a beautiful weave texture similar to the BaAccardstockweave_angle_2zzill canvas texture.  Here is a closeup of one of the cardstocks so you can see the texture up close and personal!

It is textured on one side and smooth on the other side, so it's perfect for scrapbookers who want texture and stampers who want smooth.  It also diecuts like a dream on the Cricut machines, Klic-n-Kut machines, Craft Robo, Wishblades, Silhouettes, and the manual diecut machines like the Sizzix, Big Shot, Cuttlebug, etc.

The colors are gorgeous too.  We come to expect great things from American Crafts, and they did not disappoint with their new cardstock line!  75 colors of cardstock that matches their pattern paper collections, but they also will match other lines as well because they have chosen the most beautiful earthy neutrals, gorgeous vibrant primary colors and everything in between!

Back to School

Primaryplayfulpaisley WOW!  Where did summer go?  I can't believe that tomorrow we send our kids back to school here.  It seems that every year we start a few days earlier than the year before!

We start our first day of school at one of the churches near the Christian school.  We have opening exercises and then send our kids off with their teachers.  Last year, I sent my daughter to Kindergarten.  I'll never forget the Principal telling us first time moms..."don't worry moms, we'll take GOOD care of them!".  LOL...I was so proud of myself that I didn't cry at church.

It sure was lonely at home that day though!

We have just started our school days here at our house.  The past 2 years, I have taken pictures of my daughter stepping out of the house with her backpack on.  She's just waiting at the door, holding it open, and looking up at me.  So, I'll try to capture her leaving our house yet again tomorrow.

Do you have any first day of school routines?  Any must-take pictures?

At A Walk Down Memory Lane, we stock over 1,000 differennt varieties of pattern papers.  Who says you need a piece of paper that says "First Day of School" on it to work with your school layouts?  We have many different color combinations, patterns, etc that would work with ANY school picture.  Pictured above is the Doodlebug Primary Paisleys.  While it could definitely be used for a back to school picture, it could just as easily be used for any school picture, toddlers, or even playing off a primiary colored shirt your child is wearing in the picture.

We like to encourage our customers to look at the possibilities of our pattern papers using the colors and patterns within the papers, instead of looking *just* for a specific theme.  We believe our papers are more versatile than a themed paper, because they can be used for just about ANYTHING!  :)

New goodies added to the store!

Ribbonringroom Do you have loads and loads of ribbon that you just don't know what to do with, or how to organize them?

Check out the Ribbon Ring!  This ingenious little organizer starts with a 2" metal ring.  Then, you can add all of your tags with ribbon looped through them.  Look how beautiful this ribbon looks all neatly organized by color.  Now, it'll be easy to find the perfect ribbon!

We carry the starter pack (with a ring, Oadaydreamrubbercharmstags and inventory dots) as well as a 60 pack (with tags and inventory dots) or you can buy just the tags themselves.

Are you looking for some new October Afternoon goodies?  We have the beautiful Daydreams collection in stock now, as well as new clear acrylic stamps and their unique chipboard albums in the store.

We currently carry the County Fair collection or it can be found in the November 2007 County Fair kit, and the Detours collection can be found in the June kit, Summer Afternoon28823_2.

Basic Grey Euphoria was a mid-release perfect for girly photos, spring and summer photos, or just about anything.  You know we LOVE our Basic Grey!!  The Euphoria collection has matching brads, glazed brads, buttons, and even clear stamps! (check out this beautiful layout by Kelly Goree for the Basic Grey gallery)

We also got some of the new Basic Grey card kits.  Three different themed card kits with our favorite new lines are PERFECT for making cards.  Each kit contains everything you need to create beautiful cards.

Are you looking for a new tool to add to your tool chest?  We uploaded 2 new REALLY FABULOUS new tools to our store!  One is the Glue Glider Max from Glue Arts.  This adhesive applicator is similar to the ATG gun, however you can switch out your adhesive cartridges between uses.  If you want a 1" thick adhesive for a big project, you can start with that, and then switch to a narrow 1/2" adhesive without having to rewind your roll!  We currently only have the 1" machine and refills, but we have the 1/2" cartridge on order, as well as the Glue Glider PRO unit, which is a cute mini version of the Glue Glider Werulrimatecuttingtoolkit Max!  The Pro should be shipping in October.

Another tool kit I'm thrilled to be stocking is the Ultimate Cutting system from We R Memory Keepers.  As you can see, this has a LOT of tools for just $39.99!  You get a 12x15 magnetic mat, an 18" magnetic ruler, a circle cutter with refill blade, a rotary cutter with a refill blade AND a scoring blade, and a craft knife with refill blade.

We also purchased a few add-ons for this tool kit at the summer show, so look for those in the store SOON!

Do it Yourself Wordbooks!

Oh_brother Do you love the little chipboard word books you've seen all over lately?  Are you frustrated that you can't find your child's name spelled correctly ANYWHERE?  Or are you looking for a special word for a special album that isn't already made?

Well, look no further!  I have just found the coolest little chipboard albums that you can totally customize!  Midnight Oil Scrapbook Designs (MOSD for short) has come up with these brilliant chipboard letters that you can cut to size.  The longer your word, the smaller the space between letters, but you can still use these letters!  Have a short word or name?   No problem...fill a bit of Sister_whole_book_2 space with a heart, star, or flower shape!

These letters are available indivdually so you purchase just the letters you want.  They even come with directions on how to assemble them, as well as a cool little guide for where to punch your holes to make them spaced perfectly!

They are now available in the store, so check 'em out!

Two posts again today??

Mmnoteworthynew Well, I had my other post all ready to go last night and scheduled it this morning to post....but then this morning....I got 2 boxes from Making Memories on my front porch and couldn't WAIT to tell you about it!

The NEW Making Memories Noteworthy collections Addie and Delaney are HERE!  12 new pattern papers, 6 of them are diecut and/or glittered.  Spiral Journaling books, pebble brads, pebble clips, diecuts, ribbons, etc.

This is one of MY favorite and eagerly anticipated lines from CHA-W in February.  I am so pumped to dig into this collection.  I think it'll be perfect for a few layouts I have planned for some photos of my duaghter.

I don't have a sample layout done yet, because I HAD to get this uploaded to the store first for you guys to see, and I HAVE to get my house cleaned up today!  So, that'll be my reward for getting a clean house...I'll get to play with some Noteworthy!  LOL
