Happy Day birdie

This is a fun little card I made a while back.  It uses a Heidi Grace stamp on the tag, which I colored in with my Prismacolor colored pencils and blended with Odorless Mineral Spirits.  I punched the tag out with a SU! punch and inked around the edges.  I used a stapler to staple the ribbon to the tag.

I used my Fiskars scallop scissors to cut the pattern paper strip. The sentiment is also from Heidi Grace stamps and I attached it with a Making Memories crystal brad.
