Another use for your Paper Crafting Supplies!
Hello everyone! :) I'm so sorry I've been so long in posting to the blog. I don't have any excuse other than being busy with the online and B&M store. I haven't had much time to scrap or make cards myself other than things for classes, but I ran around the store and took pictures of a BUNCH of things that the B&M store Design team and I have done, and are hanging around the store. So if there's something you've seen at the B&M store and want to know what products we've used...I'll post the recipes here.
If you haven't ever been to our B&M store...well, this will give you a bit of a glimpse of the projects that you'll see around *wink*
So...do you see this really COOL looking model here? This is a project that our local High School TSA (Technology Student Association) prepared for their state contests this spring. This is a model of our new retirement facility that was finished not too long ago. They came here to the store for papers, cork paper, and even used pop dots to keep the tables and furniture standing up!
Check out the little "wallpaper border" that they used with some striped paper found here at the store. Or the cool little round table. They used round pop dots to keep it standing nice and tall. If you can imagine, this little model was about 12x15" and maybe 1-2" tall. Everything was in scale to the actual building.
Here is the lunchroom with all it's tables, and the conference room. You can also see the little bedrooms with the bathrooms, bed and dresser.
They also created their little laundry room with cork "floor".
The students did such a great job on the model, that they won 1st place at state!! Congratulations Sara, Jana, Brooke & Brooke!
