Hey there scrappy girls, Stacy here. Well as you know...I love to put lots of different letters on my layouts! Today i'm going to walk you through making your own chipboard letters. For my letters I used pattern paper, but if you would rather, you can use a solid color of cardstock. So you will need to grab your pick of pattern paper or cardstock, if you have any plain chipboard laying around you scraproom get that also. Don't forget your letter Stamp set and I used Staz On ink.
Step 1: I cut my Bella Blvd pattern paper & chipboard into 1 1/2" by 1 1/2" squares.
Step 2: Stamp your letter in whatever color you pick on your paper, then adhere to the chipboard.
Step 3: Adhere your letters to your layout, then you can embellish them however you like.
I added a little Kaiser Craft Bling, ribbon/button, then layered it on top of Maya Road chipboard shapes, and also used a pop dot to give it a little demension. You can also add a little something around you chipboard with a marker.
So you see how simple that is, and you'll be able to do them in whatever color you like. Can't wait to see some homemade chipboard letters on your layouts in the gallery.
Until next time, stay creative!!!
~~Stacy~~
Love this! Thanks!
