Made Ya' Look Monday

Greetings Everyone!!  Lately I have been lovin' altering things for my kids, for my LOs and cards, and even for my house.  Did you know the store has a whole section of items devoted to this??  Well, it sure does!  If you click here, you will find yourself amongst items to alter galore!

The first thing I want to share with you is the composition books available made by Mead.  They look like this:

Pretty plain and simple.  Now, I don't know about you, but I have 2 kiddos who love to write, draw, and doodle.  These notebooks are perfect for their creations, but again just like this a bit plain.  So I altered one for my daughter and one for my son.

Here's what they look like all done up:

For these composition books I used We R Memory Keepers papers and letter stickers.  I also used letter stickers from Jillibean Soup on my daughter's composition book.  So why not give these a try?  I plan on making one for myself next.... the perfect spot for all my creative notes!

Here are a few other things I found I thought would be perfect for spring home decor.

Wouldn't this AdornIt flower look cute with a picture at the bottom and all decked out on the top?  I think it would make a really sweet Mother's Day gift for all those nanas out there!

Or how about this great butterfly made by Doodlebug?

Wouldn't it be sweet hanging in a little girl's room all done up in some of the great new spring papers the store has?

Last, but certainly not least, I found this awesome spring bouquet

This is also made by Doodlebug and a great option for those of you out there like me who have no green thumb, but love to have flowers in the house!!  LOL!  I think these would look so pretty all dressed up!
