Hey everyone! I am totally enjoying all the fabulous designs, challenges and Christmas products that we are seeing this week during our crop! I am loving the little bit of Christmas joy and magic that is sneaking into my summer!
My challenge for you is all about creating fabulous layouts with only patterned paper! Yes, that's right -- no packaged embellishments! I love paper -- and I love to cut it, layer it, distress it, you name it --- I like to do it! Paper is the ultimate scrapbooking product and there is so much you can do with a few great sheets!
This layout was created with the Pink Paislee's Tinsel Town line of papers. This piece and this piece of patterned paper were used for the embellishments on my page. I love to do this -- step one is to not be afraid to cut into your paper!
Jillibean Soup Christmas Soup is perfect for this challenge! The two-sided papers offer a lot of great designs to cut out and use as embellishments. I love to use pop-dots to add dimesion and interest to my fussy cutting. The trees, the birds, the stars -- all cut from a piece of patterned paper! I even added a little piece of cotton the birdie's Santa hat! Also found on this layout are alphabets from Bella Blvd, and Jillbean Soup.
Remember that this fun line from Jillibean Soup is on sale all month in the store for 25% off!
So what exactly is your challenge? I want to see you create a layout with only patterned paper --- nothing else! Cardstock and alphabets are alright too! Creat your design my the crop deadline of July 21st to be entered to win the prize pack from Jillibean Soup!
